I use Borkas personally (and have since 2001). I am a REALTOR, and I also use them in my business. Whether it is cleaning a seller’s house to get it ready for the market, or cleaning to get ready for a buyer to move to their new house, they can do everything!
I recently hired them to work on a listing that was receiving poor feedback due to condition. They:
- Did a thorough and DEEP inside cleaning;
- Pressure washed the deck, patio, front porch, walkway, driveway and garage;
- Cleaned ALL windows inside and out (including frames and sills); and
- Managed the carpet cleaning as well.
My client was DELIGHTED; feedback on the showings since then has been extremely positive! In my business, I am well aware that I put my reputation on the line as I recommend vendors. Borkas has my full recommendation!
